Why does my GPS take me totally different directions on the way to and from a place?

For example, I was in a job that was the interview and addresses of GPS, gave me the road and the road House were completely different. I used my GPS to go new House of a friend a couple of times, each time out of my house and GPS brought me a different location every time. This doesn ‘t t makes sense to me. I also believe that I take very roundabout-approaches as sometimes rather than I sent more quickly. Why is this?

How do the GPS capabilities of new mobile phones compare to the GPS models by Garmin, TomTom, etc?

For example, in comparison with the series of Garmin Nuvi, or something like that. It’s like comparing apples to oranges?

Some phones can use as car navigation? What is good is pedestrian navigation?

The I’m considering buying a GPS, probably a 750 Garmin Nuvi but if my next phone may perform the same functions, perhaps I won ‘t t.
